I'm hoping I can find some help here.
I'm a Business Analyst with a Telecoms company and currently busy with an analysis project on a TEM system. As part of this I need a list of Special Numbers used by all mobile service providers (Vodacom, MTN, etc). These are the numbers that when phoned from a mobile phone, it's a free call but is charged by Telkom when phoned from a land line. In general it things like checking voicemail, customer support, upgrade centres etc.
Do any of you know where I can find such a list that includes these numbers for each of the mobile service providers in South Africa?
