Hi

I just need a little advice on these wasp services. I have unknowingly been subscribed for months now. I checked my itemised billing report it stated the wasp was RING. I phoned them up to cancel and got an sms to confirm cancellation. I just checked my bill again and im now being charged by another wasp called BLINK by mira networks. Once again I never subscribed to the service. Also where ever it said RING on the billing report has now changed to BLINK. Im thinking its the same company and just changed their name to continue charging me. I also never ever received any content from these wasps while i was subscribed.

How do I go about getting a refund?
Who should i complain to? Vodacom no help and cant get through to the wasps

Perhaps you can find out who their WASP aggregator is. U can then log an issue with them. Maybe they can warn their customer about possible issues arising ....
