Mobile Hotspot On iPhone Not Coming On

Greetings

Just received my Rain SIM card today and it’s now active which was faster than I thought it would take

Now there is one problem that I’m facing which is the mobile hotspot settings vanishing from the settings menu after inserting the SIM card .
I’ve tried resetting network settings as well as wiping my iPhone but nothing changed

Is there anyone who is experiencing the same issue on an iPhone ?

Could be that RAIN are disallowing Hotspotting, had a similar issue before.

Ended up figuring it out , you gotta set up the APN manually
