Hi

I'm not going to lie I really don't know anything about mobile internet, so I will say what i would like, and hopefully there is someone out there who knows something who c:confused:an help me.

I do sales via my laptop by going out to see clients, at the moment all the info and details are stored on the laptop itself, but at the end of the month we are going to be 100% internet based. So i will be seeing clients and will need to conect online at anypoint to do my job.

Basicaly im asking what company offers a reasonable service with good coverage, and if one of the companies offer a pay as you go option just so i can get an idea of
what amount of data i will need, or is that expensive option?

any help would be appreciated.

first question, what region do you cover?

second question, will you be paying for this yourself?

For data, go pre-paid, to avoid the OOB shark.(Out Of Bundle) He is bad, bad news ... . Currently Cell-C or 8-ta are your best bets. Stay away from data contracts - you have been warned, really don't want to hear another story of ripped off / abused customer due to out of bundle use - all providers are guilty ...

western cape, northen and southern sub.
and secondly yes I will be paying for it.

check out the coverage maps between CellC and 8ta before you leap on board with either of those 2 (remember they are still both immature networks), there is going to be nothing worse for you than trying to connect and finding you've got no coverage.
Agree that you should explore prepaid options especially if you're going to have to pay for it yourself.
