South Africa's three cellular providers have been given less than a year to jack up their service - or risk their operating licences.
Excellent -saw this in the paper today so basically the networks have been lying once again to us and it is now fact that it is a capacity issue.
Time to stop blaming Telkom and every other provider and fix the problem with the Billions of profits you have been making.
