Mobile panic button for elderly person?

I'm looking for a mobile panic button that can send an sms or other alert to a mobile phone. My dad uses a walking aid and occasionally he falls and can't get up without help. If he's got a wearable panic button, he can send an alert to my mom's phone if she's not nearby.
I saw the perfect solution which also sends out an alert automatically if it detects a fall, but it's out of stock. Are there any similar products available locally?

I was looking at the Alcatel 2004G (there have been earlier versions of this 2000 / 2001 ) as well. They are just too popular and very hard to find. While it does not have a GPS, it has an SOS button on the back of the phone.
