I lit a candle off to the side and made the ball of fire by spraying short bursts with a can of Mortein. Took about 100 shots to get this one.
Glasses have water in them.

Thanks, it was done hand-held. Without the fireball I couldn't really see much on the screen. Only a slight outline of the glasses was visible. The high shutter got rid of any blur. Had to rotate image slightly afterwards.
