I downloaded the trial version and it is a big "must have" Makes my HTC look more expensive than it is.
Problem is, how do I pay for it?
They accept Paypal and CR card only. Cost $30. I don't have a Cr card and don't know if PayPal is used in SA. Tried SA googling it with no results.
Can I get this in SA? or must I try to get a covert serial or crack?

You can use PayPal if it doesn't require delivery in the USA, that's where I presume it comes from.

Agree it's a great app, but I'm not paying $30 for it. ...

I'm trying out CookieMonster's Manilla Home screen ATM (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=625483) ... it's free & it's also quite configurable ... not as great, but almost ... & free!

So no PayPal here for USA. This gave me no other option but to get the registration number covertly. Most websites that give serials also make you have to reinstall windows because of the cr@p they excrete on your HD.
Got the serial no. and entered it and I am good to use it. It now says "Registered" to Mobile Shell.
