Don't know what is going on with Vodacom 5G. Used to get like 200Mbs.

Interesting. Changed my apn from lte.vodacom.za to just internet and my speed went from 20 to 160Mbs. Exactly same location and a few minutes appart. @Jan perhaps something for you to look into.
