Looks like no response here. Can anyone suggest a better forum to discuss this? Want to advise my sister. She has a son with no control over his phone usage. I figured a Top Up contract with out of bundle rates for specific family and emergency calls.

Wouldn't recommend them for actual business but Nashua Mobile has a tool to compare packages.

Either that or you could always just go and open two tabs/windows with the different package details in them and hope back and forth.
