Mobile Top Ups

Hi

I just wanted to ask, should we still be able to access clientzone once our limit is reached on the mobile data ?

My limit was reached yesterday and i assumed i would still be able to access clientzone to topup :p

i had to topup at work today because my adsl is down as well in my area and had no way of topping up.

i will ofcourse top up earlier in future but thought it would be great if we still had access to clientzone.

There may be some technical challenges getting around this for Mobile, I'll have a chat with our team and see what I can find out :)
 
Hope I'm not hijacking this thread :)

Does a top-up, not the monthly allocated data, carry over to the next month?

For example, I run out of allocated data on the last day of the month and top-up with a few gigabytes.
Will whatever is left of the top-up disappear when the clock hand strikes 00:00?

Hmm good question. I say it will lapse 30 days from purchase.

Woop, forgot how powerful reading can be.
This is the acknowledgement when you top-up:

"I understand that I will be charged immediately for this topup and that my data will expire at the end of this month"

So if you topup near the end of the month, download all the things! :p

Topped up also, but didn't read those TOS. Just checked.

That's just crappy.

Unfortunately there is no zero-rated data if visiting such sites as Afrihost/updating your MiFi with the latest firmware.

Afrihost then should implement an SMS service with trigger numbers that way you can topup :P
