Mobile wifi device

I am not too familiar with this so needs some help.

Am trying to connect to the internet on a tablet with a mobile wifi device (vodacom/vodafone?) but the light on the far right of the mobile wifi device keeps flashing red and does not connect. What does this mean?

Afraid you'll have to provide more details. Post any model numbers & stuff you can find on the device or failing that a pic.

Else we don't know what toys you've got there & can't say what the lights mean.
