Mobile workforce management software

Has anyone used any decent form of mobile workforce management software? I know google themselves have a solution for $5 per user, but I wondered what else was out there and available. My main aim is to be able to manage a team of 50 mobile phones, restrict access to apps, view data usage per app, locate a stolen device, wipe a device and send a message to the entire workforce or a specific user using a web management interface.

...For individual devices - not what I'm looking for. I want a central portal to manage 50+ devices.
I've checked out quite a few and this appears to be the best value so far...
