Modem Availability (Update from FastComm guy)

Hello,

Firstly, a huge congrats to FastComm guy Chris. After the person answering the call couldn't answer my question regarding buying modems with no contract, I left a message and he called me back the same day!

Anyways, modems will be available separately from 1 April... thats the good news. The bad news is that they will be about R 3500...

Also, I was wondering whether proasm could answer this - he said there were no PCMCIA modems currently available at all (not even from sentech). Is this true?

Any idea how much the monthly costs will be reduced if you purchase your own modem up front ?

Only by R100 for 128. I guess it will be the same for the rest. Also, its still a 12 month contract.
