Modem drops connection when dialing out 2nd account

Hi guys,

My modem works fine all the time running my uncapped service. Sometimes when I have a need for 100% unshaped internets I just dial out on a capped account through the computer.

But for some reason all of a sudden a couple of days ago, the modem completely sh*ts out since when trying to connect with that 2nd account.

Anyone have ideas?

Maybe try the master reset. By pushing a pin into the reset hole until you feel the button click then hold it for 10 secs.

You are going to have to reconfigure everything again though. Have all your usernames and passwords ready if you try this. You also have to redo your WIFI.

Other options.
-Upgrade the firmware on router.
-check your capped account is paid.
-if all else fails use a friends router to check if the problem persists, if it doesn't buy a new router.
