These are a "dime a dozen". Just a regular cross over cable would do - find your nearest pc chopshop or incredible ripoff... should do fine...
In fact, depending on your NIC, you may even be able to use a regular straight through flylead as most do auto polarity switch these days...

Because it *is* an ETHERNET cable, albeit with a proprietary connector on the one side.
