As Speedster indicated, yes. You need to configure the modem in client-bridge mode, and then the login to your ISP via the tp-links' PPPOE functionality.
The modem need to be on a different subnet to the local network. So choose something like ip 10.0.0.1 for the modem, and 192.168.0.1 for the routers' local network. The router will probably get ip 10.0.0.2 from the modem for its' WAN side, but this should happen automatically via the client-bridge selection.
