If you are stooping to the Sentech level, i have 3 modems for sale.
Why?
I WROTE TO SENTECH'S CEO
Unacceptable Service
I refer you to your letter of 10 January 2007, in which you aplogised for the “completely unacceptable service” Sentech Users received due to the billing department’s incompetence.
They have yet again failed to do a debit order run which means that myself and presumably thousands of other customers sit without service today.
This I established after arguing with an unhelpful Mr Garth Fox at the customer service call centre, who refused to put me through to Mr Pieter Langa, the manager for the day.
Mr Fox eventually conceded that my complaint was one of many similar complaints, and that I will not be helped before the 2nd.
I demand to be refunded a 1/30th of the monthly payment for my accounts gertcoetzee, aneen and estel.

Re: Cancellation of MyWIRELESS MONTHLY SERVICE AGREEMENT between Drs.
Coetzee & Van der Merwe Inc. and Sentech Limited ("Agreement").,
With reference to the Agreement and in accordance with our rights contained in clause 4 of the Terms and Conditions, we hereby give you written notice of our intention to cancel the Agreement pertaining to all 3 (three) services described below:

You should learn to relax, Dude. It is not good for your health to get so worked up.

But yeah, their customer service sucks. And if you complain they ask you to leave. Ouch!

How much do you want for a modem?
 
BTW I seriously doubt that there were thousands of users without service what with Sentech only having a handful of users in the first place!
 
Hahaha... I just dropped in to see what the latest is with MyWireless and see if it has gotten any better since I left... lol it's pretty much the same.
 
So they simply mailed you a reply notifying you of their intentions to cancel all three of your account? Unbelievable.
 
I would be interested in a modem should you still have one available.
 
yeah unbelievable....they didnt even try to get you to stay....
 
believe me, sentech is WORST broadband industry with the worse service, and what makes it worse is that they have these unethical agent such as no-wire that sells their product and in turn ruins their reputation even furthur, they don't care about the customer's complaint and all they want is for you to sign up contract with them, and afterwards they don't give a damn about your problems, i already had enough with them especially their agent "no wire", i have cancelled my contract and using iburst now, lets see how long will their business lost, probably will close down by end of this year.
