Mohammed Hariri is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oger Telecom Limited, and the Chairman of the Board of Cell C. He also serves as the Chairman of TürkTelekomünikasyon A. S and AveaIletisimHizmeltleri A.S in Turkey.
Hariri is the Chairman of GroupMed S.A.L. (Holding), BankMed S.A.L. and its subsidiaries in Beirut and Geneva, SaudiMed Investment Company and Al Mal Investment Holding.
Hariri is Vice Chairman- Finance & Investment- of Saudi Oger Limited. He has been a member of the Company’s management for over 30 years. Mr. Hariri is a board member of Arab Bank plc-Jordan and serves on the Boards of Directors of various companies of the Saudi Oger Group, including 3C Telecommunications (PTY) Ltd in South Africa, OjerTelekomünikasyon A.S. in Turkey, and Oger International S.A. and Entreprise de TravauxInternationaux (ETI) in France.
