My current insurance is with Momentum, household and life insurance. Is it worth it to get Multiply, does one really get the discount on your premiums and what other real world benefits are there?

I stopped multiple about two years ago. It's simply not worth it for me anymore.

thank that is the impression I am getting sofar. Same thing I am currently experiencing with Vitality.

I'm using it, saving about 40% on my life insurance premiums.
All the other benefits are nice but not worth it in isolation, I think.

Benefits got watered down quite a lot over the last few years.

I remember less 40% edcon vouchers on the top tier.
