I cannot find if this were posted, but here goes

My one fear I expressed in this forum some time ago is that Telkom got to the Doc and Pada, does this confirm it ????? Is this confirmation of the gross conflict of interest ?? What do I miss here, now where's the Doc ???

BELINDA ANDERSON: What happened at the colloquium, though? The Deputy Minister, Roy Padayachee, had fighting talk.

PAPI MOLOTSANE: Well, you know, one has to be careful what you say about your shareholder. I think those kinds of issues will always emerge. I think it is important for people like ourselves who run these kinds of companies to engage with the stakeholders before we go out there and say things that might not be good for either party. We have met with the Deputy Minister subsequent to the pricing colloquium, and we have as a company and many other telecommunication companies, we have actually given him a commitment that we’ll work with him towards reduction of the cost of telecommunications.

Thanks Pupa. I just commented on that story. I like the Moneyweb interviews, sometimes they are a bit feeble, but they generally give you a sense of the personalities of the people being questioned.
