Monitor Calibration

Go to this page and download the pic. If you haven't done the calibration yet, post a pic of your LCD with the pic at fullscreen with black bars around it, then do the calibration and take another pic.

I dont think this would help unless your monitor is calibrated and I embed the colour profiles in the pics.

Are the Spyders or Gretag Macbeth calibrators available locally? Anywhere I can rent one?

Dont know about getting them locally but it makes a noticeable difference. I even calibrated the Mini that runs our plasma, my missus' iBook, my old powerbook, the neighbours pc, his laptop . . . . I've kind of run out of things to calibrate this week
