... I have a 17" CRT as my second screen ..... hence it being replaced very soon by that 22" I mentioned Toxin

I see. That is indeed sucky.
You gonna go for a 22" next or make the jump to 24"?
I am eyeing the 24"s with interest but they are a bit pricey. A third 22" on the other hand....

probably the 22" ...... the huge price gap to a 24" is just madness (and therefore longer waiting ). I'm still in awe of the 20" so the 22" will be fine for me

Indeed.
And the jump from 20" to 22" is pretty huge. You will loooove the 22, trust me.
I also don't think the jump to 24" justifies the huge increase in price right now.
I saw IC now has the 22" HP's for R3999. They are teh hotness.
