Monitor SQL Server Usage

Hi , I hope this is the right place to post this.

I need to monitor the CPU and preferably memory usage of a MS SQL Server 2005 running on Windows
2003 for the duration of a day, a week if possible.

So any ideas on what software is available to monitor the sql process and keep a log of it, or is there
a way to do it via the included sql tools.
