Monitoring internet bandwidth on a wireless network

Setup is this.

17 people connected to Netgear wireless router, they have a 10gb cap gets used FAR to quickly, somebody is downloading need to find out who. All computers appear to be virus/p2p free. Also the WPA key & ISP details are only known by me so its not that.

Im thinking of installing netlimiter pro on each computer, is there anything else that i could use? any idea's?

Netlmiter is good, but it doesn't stop the user from exiting Netlimiter (hence it not capturing any download/uploads for that period)

yeah that was a concern.
Are there no other applications which could be hidden?

Look for an app called "bandwidth monitor" it has an option to hide it
