I'm not sure if this has been discussed but I keep seeing people comparing
response time's and asking if local/internetional is up. Can't we look at a cacti
solution.

Say we host this in data centers in JHB, DBN and CTN
then some of us host this on IS and SAIX accounts in the three regions
we have a fixed set of ip's that we poll say every 5 or 10 minutes and we have an index page to all these site's.
Any idea's, comments, solutions welcome lets not discuss data center hosting
cost's for now
