Welcome to the forum. Far better if you could post what exactly is the problem by posting diagnostic results displayed by the ADSL router, and then run the test developed by Zertop and post those results. http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthr...eport-Tool?p=12372998&viewfull=1#post12372998

Then someone could suggest what could be the problem if indeed there are any problems.
