Hey all,
So I've always known that Vodacom are greedy ***tards but I still can't wrap my head around this one. Every month I get 700mb data as per my contract. However, any remaining data I have (from the previous month) can only be used once the new data is finished.
For example: I still have 400mb data to use before the end of February however, my March data has already been uploaded to my account. So, I have 400mb data to use by the 28th of Feb and 700mb data to use before the 31st of March. However, my March data will be used before my Feb data. So the only way I can use the remaining 400mb of February data is if I were to first finish my 700mb of March data. Meaning that I would then have no data left for the month of March. Unless I were to use my April data in March.
I phoned them to check if this was normal and they said "Yes, this is standard business procedure".. They literally find every way possible to screw their customers..
Anyways, I still can't believe that they would be this callous in their operations. So, did I just speak to a retarded consultant, or is this really just standard procedure?
