Just posted on the iBurst Facebook page...

"Maintenance Notice: iBurst Wireless customers in northern and western parts of Gauteng will have no connectivity between 8pm and 10pm this evening. We apologise for the inconvenience whilst we attend to the maintenance that is required."

I don't think any iBurst users will even notice given how often the "service" stops working in any event. Notwithstanding how slow it is when they are not performing so-called maintenance as a norm.

They really are the worst company I have ever had to deal with in every aspect of their structure.

How so?

Advertised speed is 2Mbps, speedtest says: 1.8Mbps.

How many other wireless providers can achieve 90% of their advertised speed?

My link has been up for 37 days, 23 hours and 25 minutes, and it only went down then because I upgraded the firmware on my router.

Kudo's to you then.

This site, their FB page, HelloPeter etc are littered with one's not as fortunate as yourself. I think it is great that you are not experiencing any issues, but it is not to say that there are not those who are.
