More iBurps problems?

Can't ping our sites which's connected via iBurps at all...

IS there another peering problem with IS/SAIX/iBurps?

I'm seriously considering in speaking to the project manager to see if we can send some of our penalties to iBurst...


/edit : their web site's slow to load... wonder what the **** is going on...


//edit - we've got two iburst routers on the same site, both cannot be pinged...

I am also having ALOT of problems with websites timming out and sometimes programs that wants to update. I got Iburst at home and also using Iburst at work. Sometimes the problems goes away and sometimes I must refresh internet explorer a few times to load certain sites
