No doubt.. as expected last one just produced a document that is gonna be contested AGAIN in january which also has soooooo many holes and how much has these talks cost us ? in terms of delay in price changes & actual hosting etc.. time to say enough is enough..

I am so sick and tired out hearing that there is going to be another colloquim to discuss the findings and then proceed to host talks on the findings of the findings. Where does it end? JUST TAKE ACTION!

I understand that that the DoC has a set procedure to follow, but when even the president is expressing the urgency in lowering telecoms costs, then surely this process can speed up.

Great idea! But the cap should be set at 1.4 gigarand per year to make it an average company and not an abusive one.
