Morningside, Sandton ADSL Problems

All through the day at various times we experience slow speeds. I have been informed by both Telkom and MWEB that the exchanges are congested. Lines keep on going down.

We are running two lines on a bonded solution from MWEB. There are constant issues with both lines.

Time: It's not a constant time it's sporadic, would say the worst is during normal business hours 8:00-17:00
