just wondering if any of u guys are going to get MKX on pc, i feel like im going to be really dissapointed with MKX because im getting it on pc and there probably wont be alot of SA MKX pc players so i wont have anyone to play agaisnt online, because u cant really play fighters with 200 ping to europe its just to much delay

Get Dead Or Alive Last Round on STEAM. It's a better game. Superior in game play. Much nicer characters. No fatalities.

To answer OP, I am trying to fight my inner impulse and wait for it to go on sale, instead of buying at release. If I fail, I'll let you know.

MK X has been 50% off a number of times already on G2A and Kinguin.

Whatever you do, don't buy DoA: LR on PC. It's total crap. The assets from last gen console versions are used, and online modes are only coming in three months. Epic fail.

What they could have done is delayed the release or released now and gave the option of update later.

It's still a superior game, even last gen.

Why is it superior? MK9 was awesome fun, and MKX will likely be a substantial improvement. MKX also looks great, whereas DoA on PC will make your eyes bleed.

Make eyes bleed-- I'm sorry but the retarded appearance of the MK characters and the retarded animations are pretty :sick:

I guess there is a market for that, 8-13 year old boys. :)

No, not duh, OP is specifically looking for a PC game. An obvious solution to his problem would be to get a console version of MK X as well, which he isn't for some reason.

I said the Japanese make kark ports, which they do. I didn't say they're crap in general. I'm a big fan of Japanese games (console/arcade only).

MK is a Warner Bros (distributor) game isn't it? I mean that alone should put one off already.

The last one was excellent, and was ported perfectly with PC-centric features like resolution, AA, gamma, texture settings etc. the ability to change keyboard/controller bindings etc.

As mentioned, MK9 on PC was a great port. Also, Warner Bros also publish the Batman games. No reason to think their games should inherently suck.

I thought the MK9 animations and collisions were above average for a fighting game. I don't particularly care for the MK lore and characters - I only played MK9 because to me it was the most fun fighting game last gen. As yet I haven't seen a more promising fighting game this gen than MKX.

I grew up playing a lot of Tekken. The upcoming Tekken 7 is being released on PC, so it would be great if it was a good game.
