Today is D day for Mortal Kombat fans with the release of MKX.
I am still waiting for my copy to be delivered today.
I know some of you will be collecting your copy early in the morning.

Please let us know what you think by giving us a first look review.
 
huh? people have been streaming it on twitch for a good while now
 
Played it last night, it is amazing, some tricky combo's. But otherwise awesome.
 
i really like it but as expected :/ no SA players online so its constant DC's and lag so i cant really even attempt to play competitively.. which is kindoff disappointing.. maybe we should start a MKX SA steam group or something so we can find each other or something
 
I'm still waiting for my copy to be delivered. Since Kalahari is closing shop, it seems that they don't give a damn. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Now they tell me it will definitely be delivered today. Past 2 already and no delivery.

I just want to play MKX.

I got my copy yesterday, but didn't finish downloading yet, with all the 29 packs for pc will probably finish when I get home from work.
Can't wait to play.
 
after further testing online.. Online to EU players is actually surprisingly decent. but sessions end randomly, and i dont know why, ive played vs an irl friend that lives 15 mins away hes got a 40 meg line and ive got a 10 meg line with no issues so i dont know what causes sessions to end randomly. ive also tested a few games with one of my steam friends from Belgium runs smooth as hell almost no delay. but i still get lots of sessions just randomly ending im not sure why.
 
Games don't come on 1.44" any more. Get with it. :p
 
The microtransaction BS with MKX put me off preordering it. I'll buy it in a year or so when the Komplete Edition is available.
 
I played a little last night, The game is really fun. With the extra game modes I'm sure I will be playing it for quite a while. I ordered the Kombat pack. I really want to play with Jason and Predator. Will be playing story mode this weekend.

I like that it still feels like Mortal Kombat even Though they added some features similar to injustice. The easy Fatalities are awesome too even though they only gave me 2.

there are almost no micro transactions ... only tokens for easy fatalities and to skip offline games....

oh yea they also store those tokens offline.. xD so i just used cheat engine to give myself 10k of each token... i hope no one is stupid enough to buy those tokens lol.. since their stored offline u can just edit them get as much has u want...

I meant characters not included in the base game. I'd rather wait for a version that includes everything.
