Anyone else have this bitch of a health issue?
Been experiencing sharp pains along my back and side of late. Pain radiating around to the stomach and side. Needless top say paranoid Moose and his well informed pal, Google deciphered it all as life threatening cancer......
Moose pondering if it was cancer of the stomach, liver, gall bladder or pancreas........ "Oooh! So many to choose from?", he pondered as Google egged him on.......
Went to a new Doc in my town, highly rated who whisked me off to Xrays and then informed me that I have calcification on four of my vertebrae.....
"Er.....uhm, what does this mean? Can I still play badminton?, I have cut back on my suiping doc.....", I spluttered in defense....
So he kindly drew me a pretty picture on the back of a blank script sheet, indicating that my vertebrae blocks and gel between is perfect, but that calcium deposits are fusing my spine together and encasing my spinal nerves with it....
In a few years I will need an op to grind/scrape away excess calcium.....
I slouched away with a few packets of meds to add to my beer regime for then next few days.
My mate Google says I must rather just add Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey to my diet and tell ye local doc that an Op shall not be necessary ......
Anyhow, on a serious note, any of you out there had calcification scrapped from your spine?
