Most affordable prepaid data bundles? Which network?

Hi guys,

As the title says, which Network currently has the most affordable (cheapest) data bundles, mainly for smartphones and for prepaid customers?
I would prefer not to become a CellC casualty again, since I've had to suffer a few years with them and their network is really not up to standard.

So out of the rest, which do you suggest?
