On the weekend was watching the CC final at a friend's house. His wife brought out a blob of cheese to use with Chips and crackers.

Turns out it's Philodelphia (*sp) cheese. Sent wife out yesterday to get me a tub as well. Finished it and will get another on my way home today.

Just a word of warning though... It will gas you up and the people sharing the house with you will choke and run away with watery eyes :p

Anyone else dig this cheese? Or which one is your death by cheese?

the tub is good, but the block is better for me! Block + Sweet Chilli + Salty Cracks!

You only discovered Philly now??? Welcome to the real life!

It is still processed cheese though. Have you tried some of the cheeses from Fairview?

Philadelphia is a nice cheese for crackers, but I quite like Tilsit on my crackers when going for savoury.

Try philly on a cracker with a slice of preserved fig.

1. Cheese is very fattening. How can you eat 3 tubs in 3 days?

2. Philadelphia has been around for ages.

3. How are the twins ?

Try it with wasabi rice crackers and green olives......addictive

Pitbull endorses Phili cream cheese.... but I'm afraid you haven't tasted it till you've had it on a warm salted bagel.

Anyway Gruyere is the zenith of cheeses as far as I'm concerned. Don't agree? You're wrong.
