Saw this last night on the news as well....70% of top municipal officials are incompetent. Go figure

They are on par with the cabinet at least!

Municipalities in Cape town? Is Cape Town not one big Municipality?

I would assume the cape town metropolitan... although people say the city of cape town is pretty jacked up (but that doesn't give you a 'unqualified audit' though)

I never trust these type of 'Stats" and they are always bolstered to make the facts look better, so IMO you can imagine how bad it actually is.

Be positive, they will achieve their goal of 100% in 200years. At least it's a beginning ...... of what?
