Seconded!!I use WebAfrica. You can easily order/cancel everything online, submit support tickets etc. without ever interacting with anyone on the phone. Very easy-to-use online client area. But yes, I guess the big test is how good the service is if something goes wrong.Hasn't happened yet.

just a question...I have to sign up to an ISP any day now and have been going through all the pro's and con's - how can you NOT go with telkom? the 'soft cap' means that it is the cheapest or best value for money; I know we all love them; is it just out of national pride that we would rather not recommend them?
