* Financial (yes, BEAN COUNTERS)
* Hospitality
* Management
 
According to the charts, how can the same jobs be both high in supply and demand?

Because "finance" and "IT" are stupidly broad terms. Guys with A+ aren't in demand but there's a big supply. Guys who are solid Java developers are super in demand and tough as nails to find. They're both grouped under IT though.
 
So we need a much finer breakdown, instead of this blanket graph of theirs...

Exactly. Could as well as given the requirement as "humans". But then again, it reminds me of some of the recruiters I've met, recruiting for IT but not knowing the difference between Unix, Linux and Windows. Utter waste of time.
 
Careerjunction are not what I would call a quality, or reputable recruiter either...

I have never ONCE had an issue with finding a job. I can walk out here today and have a new job next month.
 
I seriously don't get how you can rank something like IT in one big blob... Or "Finance" for that matter. This survey is really pretty useless.
 
I came in here expecting to see actual job titles. Instead it was some generic BS about industry types. But retarded headings are par for the course these days, I suppose...
