Motherboard/CPU failure

Anyone in CT with an lga 2011 system willing to test a CPU and/ motherboard?

I have a system that won't boot but PSU is working fine. Not sure if motherboard,CPU or both so I need help to test.

There's a six pack in it for the generous soul who helps me out

Leave out all the ram, connect the speaker.
If there are no beeps coming from the PC, you will at least know one of them died.

It's around 80/20 motherboard/cpu.

It's very, very unlikely the CPU died. A CPU has all kinds of protective mechanisms to prevent it from just "dying".

I get that, but the only way i know of to test the CPU is to try it on another mobo.
