What would be the better motherboard & cpu between these two and why?, i know they might be old but i want to know.

1. XFX NVidia 780i SLI 3 way with Intel duo 2 E8400 3.0GHz

or


2. ECS GeForce 6100PM-M2 with AMD Sempron LE-1200 Sparta

The AMD is 2.1GHz with FSB of 800MHz, the Intel is 3.0GHz with FSB of 1333MHz. Also, the AMD is single core and the Intel dual core. L2 cache on the AMD is 512kB and the Intel 6MB.

Definitely the Intel.
