Moto g 3rd gen or Huawei P8 lite?

I need to replace my handset soon but I am not sure what I should buy.

Moto g 3rd gen

- 1gb ram and 8gb internal memory


Vs

Huawei P8 lite

- 2gb ram and 16gb internal memory

Can't go wrong with Moto, having used all except the latest. Gets OS upgrades quickly. Relatively no bloat.

Huawei I hear good things. And beats the Moto on paper. I'd still go Moto.

Both good phones , the one big plus with getting a Huawei P8 lite though is that you could get it locally and that makes it easier for warranty or repairs if needed not to mention accessories . The Motorola would be a bit more tricky with the warranty/repairs I presume . Honestly if I were to choose I would go for the P8 lite , my wife has one and after setting it up for her and playing around a little with it for a bit it's not a bad phone at all , actually I was impressed at the value for money , plus it comes with 2gb Ram vs the Moto 8 gb which only has 1gb Ram .

If you go to Cell C stores then you can have a look at the P8 lite in person and get a feel for it as they have live units on display in most of their stores . The ones Cell C are selling also are the dual sim versions vs Vodacom which has the single sim versions .

Had to make this exact decision a few weeks ago. Went with the Moto. [Almost] No bloatware makes a massive difference.

Hey man, I haven't ordered my Moto G yet because the prices are slightly out of budget for importing. What about the Meizu MX note 2 (I think). It's got 2 gigs ram, 1080p 5inch screen, dual sim and and octocore processor. Not too sure about internal storage but an SD card will fix that up

I ordered a Moto G for the wife, she was using a Galaxy Nexus. Came free with a Moto Stream from Orange, luckily ordered it before all the price increases...

Quite a nice phone and feels solid, battery also lasts easily 2/3 days using phone, Whatsapp and Facebook.
