MotoGP 2018

Was already decided by Vinales's crash

I think Vinales' crash sealed third place for Rossi in the riders championship but when Rossi went down, it cost Yamaha second place in the constructors

Commentators had it wrong then

/Edit - or not... there were 38pts diffs before the race, so Rossi's crash made no diffs ? Team standing are something else though... 25 from Dovi puts them equal with Movistar on 388

Thing I enjoyed most yesterday was Can Oncu's victory. This boy is special and I can't wait to see him in action next year.

Congrats Binder. I can't wait for next season. AWTY!?!

EDIT: Just hope he doesn't fsck around on Kyalami again. Muppet.

Its music. I was watching a bike show on the weekend and they had the bike on display. The guy that was revving it for the cameras had a child-like grin on his face.

I don't understand how the engine allocations in Moto2 work though. So for years (and I only found this out while watching the last race of the year), the teams were using an engine based on the Honda CBR600RR engine. Now it's a Triumph 750. So does that mean that all the teams use this engine? This makes sense for customer teams but what about teams like KTM? Don't they make their own engines?

Yep, all teams use the same engine. Only differences are the frames - KTM, Kalex, Suter etc - and I believe there are options when it comes to the suspension and exhaust systems.
