Motorcycle technician course?

I've decided that this is what I want to do.

Is there such a thing in South Africa? I know you can study Electrical Engineering, but I fear that will stretch far beyond motorcycle maintenance and working on them. Perhaps electric scooters etc.

I also want to learn how to weld.

Anyone that can help me out with this?

That all seems more specialized in other area's than motorcycle technician. You think they can help me?
