I commute to work and this does not excite me. But it is a start for someone who wants to contribute more to the environment and save bucks at the same time. A guy came to our company to show us these, but I don't remember where he was from. Sorry OP.

Ask any bike shop and they should be able to point you in the right direction. It's a little moto that you put on a bike and has different speeds that it can travel at. Good luck!
