i am having some problems with my e1000 as is, ie. it retarting at random, having dodgy and distorting sound ect ... can i have it given in for an exchange for another one or even another brand of phone. i had problems with it right out of the box with a non functional keypad and backlights- vodacare send it in for repairs but it was still dodgy after i got it back from them.

whot options do i have before i tell someone to stuff the phone where the sun don't shine. i know there is no physical damage as my phone is my world and ext to my pc.

i really do love my phone but i can't stand having to struggle with it anylonger.

thanx

i don't mind it restarting - but when it does when i am busy with stuff or in call it kinda pees one off a tad bit ... all i want is a working phone - like i said i love it - it is great for me - i haven't been able to get hold of any other phone that satisfy all my needs like this phone - :D

Sounds like my Nokia 6680 ... you should have a 7 day "out of box failure" return policy, outside of that, I suppose the repair centre is where it will spend most of its time

i am not really looking forward to that thought ... :(

thing is they already repeared it once too many times ! :(

Yeah, same here. The firmware upgrade did not fix my problems, so I will have to have it repaired ... so not looking forward to using my 8910i again
