Motorola V3 - subsidy code ?

I'm in SA on holiday and wanted to use my company issued cell phone with my old Vodacom SIM, but I've just realised that it's locked and asks for a "subsidy code" (unlock code).
The phone is locked to Cingular in the US, and I hear that they will provide an unlock code - if I can't find how to do it then, I'll give them a call.

So, anyone know how I can unlock this phone?

I unlocked mine with Mototools.....but that was ages ago.

Still have my V3 Razr though, would never sell it.
