Hey guys what would you advise to use for LAN browsing?
I want to browse my home network, windows network, via WIFI and my Xoom.
I tried ES file explorer but when I scan it does not pick up anything.

Thanks

Glad you got it working, haven't tried that myself.

Wonder if the iPad 3 will manage to be a competitor for the Xoom 1, from a technical/functional point of view, the iPad 2 certainly wasn't.

I know that the Xoom didn't sell well, but IMO that is totally due to Motorola's poor marketing - I was in the USA a while after the Xoom was launched, and while the iPad 2 was being launched, and it was clear that Motorola made no noticeable marketing effort, while Apple had all the taps open - I will give Apple credit for that, their marketing is impressive.

Xoom Xoom Xoom. Its got a Mazda V8 engine baby! :p

:D
my best mate had the Ipad, what a piece of utter crap. Everything you want to do takes hours such as converting bloody video if it is not MP4, everything costs a bloody fortune.
Why anyone would buy this over the Xoom is beyond my understanding. I have played with both intensely and Apple sux.
I stream MKV's on my Xoom flawlessly

Just got a XOOM but couldn't connect because it doesn't want to take this 8ta data sim...same data sim works on my cell phone and my cell phone sim work on the XOOM.
What could be the problem??..
