Mount & Blade: Warband Multiplayer viable in SA?

Hello everyone. Mount & Blade Warband recently came out and is free to play for the first 7 character levels. Very entertaining stuff.

But I just watched a movie on youtube of the multiplayer beta footage and I'm thinking thats where the game really shines.

So does anyone know if we're able to play on these international servers decently? Anyone got any experience in the beta?

Hey voidude,

A clanmate of mine and myself have been playing Warband locally against each other using Hamachi. We have had an absolute blast the past 2 days and we're keen on getting more local peeps involved, especially if you have a 4mb line, since he is on a 512k and myself on a 384k line. What's awesome about it, for any of the 7 multiplayer game modes available, you can add bots, so you don't really need a whole bunch of people to play against, although playing against more humans would be excellent

If you, or anyone else for that matter are interested in joining us, please don't hesitate to send me a pm, I'll send you all the information on how to join in on the action. if it does need an international server you can always use prorat and create a local server like for C&C4.

I played a pirated version online a few months ago.you can only play on pirated servers though and the lowest ping you will get is about 180.

yes,late reaction.arrows,block attack and move are just a bit late though you get use to it.

I am going to try get a local server going for Mount & Blade - Fire & Sword.
